Visiting Ueno Park and finding the history background

Ueno is famous for cherry blossoms viewing in springtime and also wellknown Ueno Zoo. But now it’s autumn and you can not view the beautiful pink color. And we are not going to the Zoo either.

But there are many temples and shrines in Ueno park and other interesting sites.
Also it was the place that the Battle of Ueno occurred in 1868.
