Overcome Jira Admin Challenges With Unique Reporting

Details
As an administrator looking over one or multiple Jira instances, keeping track of everything is the key to staying on top of things. Otherwise, uncontrolled growth can lead to chaotic projects, confused users and an overwhelming amount of support tickets. At this event, we are going to talk about ways to avoid that and share best practices to turn those tips into reality. Also, we are looking forward to hearing your challenges in a relaxed conversation to share experiences.
The Atlassian Community Stuttgart is happy to welcome Nauris Mālītis and Mārtiņš Vanags from eazyBI, who are going to do a presentation on Jira custom field analysis and monitoring. Also, this event is once again being hosted at the Actonic office in Stuttgart, where Andrei Pisklenov and Andreas Springer are going to showcase Report Builder and its unique reporting capabilities for administrators.
Agenda
5:00 PM: Get together
Time for participants to arrive at the location and meet the other attendees
6:00 PM: Jira Custom Field Analysis and Monitoring with eazyBI
Managing Jira configuration items can be overwhelming, with numerous custom fields, statuses, workflows, and other critical elements making it difficult to stay organized. Exporting this data can be complex and time-consuming. However, we’ll share a solution that simplifies this process and provides a clear, comprehensive view of essential metrics using eazyBI and Jira’s REST API.
7:00 PM: Help Clean Up your Jira Cloud with Custom Reports
Being in charge of a Jira instance means it’s your job to keep it running smoothly. However, your system is going to slow down if there’s lots of closed issues, empty or duplicate custom fields, user groups and too many unused projects. Take control of your maintenance process and learn how Report Builder gives you complete freedom to craft the overview you need, either with the built-in report creator, or by coding your own reports.
8:00 PM: Food and Drink
Enjoy some refreshments and a good meal while networking with other attendees.
