Abstract
In today’s fast-paced business environment, it’s essential for organizations to adapt and evolve continuously to remain competitive and relevant in the market. Organizations need to create systems that align with user needs (effectiveness) while ensuring rapid value delivery (efficiency).

This talk explores the synergy of Wardley Mapping, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and Team Topologies as a holistic toolkit for designing, building, and evolving adaptive, socio-technical systems optimized for a fast, sustainable flow of value and feedback.

This talk takes you on a journey from mapping the current business landscape, identifying and unlocking blockers to flow from various perspectives to aligning teams, including evolving their interactions with the system and strategy we plan.
