Instead of focusing on theory, weâll look at real code examples that contain subtle (and sometimes not-so-subtle) bugs.
Youâll be invited to spot whatâs wrong, predict the behaviour, and think through possible fixes before we break things down together.
What to expect:- A curated set of common Go mistakes (e.g. around loops, slices, error handling, and concurrency)
- Short code snippets with interactive âwhat happens here?â moments
- Explanations of why these issues occur and how to avoid them in practice
- A mix of beginner-friendly gotchas and slightly deeper insights for more experienced Gophers
This session is suitable for developers with some basic Go knowledge, but everyone is welcome, whether youâre just getting started or have been writing Go for a bit.
