Sub Run Club: Built for Speed
We're a new Calgary running club, hosting 1-2 weekly speed sessions on the track, in the park or along the river. No junk miles, no coasting -just tempo, speed, and pushing limits with a supportive crew. If easy jogs are your thing, Sub Club probably isn’t for you.
Our focus isn’t on who’s the fastest in the group- but on helping each other get faster week after week. Whether you’re aiming for a new 5K PB, a stronger half marathon, or simply want to see what you can do with consistent speed work, Sub Run Club is your place.
We’re not pros, just runners chasing fun, speed and improvement.
