In this session, we will focus on exploring all the ways in which you are beautiful and worthy and have so much available inside of you, reconnecting with a deeper sense of inner worth.

What to Expect

• A short introduction to hypnosis (what it is and what it isn’t)
• Space to ask questions before we begin
• A guided group hypnosis session focused on self-worth
• Gentle re-orientation and optional sharing afterward

No prior experience with hypnosis is needed.

It’s recommended to be in a quiet space where you can be I disturbed for a while. Wear comfy clothes.

You remain aware and in control at all times. Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention similar to being deeply absorbed in a book or guided meditation.
