This Emotional Healing workshop guides you to elicit your own personalised breakthroughs, all you have to do is follow along.

**What to expect: **

  • At the beginning we’ll explain the science behind what we will cover, then spend the rest of the time doing the processes around fear, guilt & shame.
  • You’ll be guided through powerful visualisation exercises to help you release old emotional baggage and shift your energy in real time.
  • We’ll use rapid transformation tools that create instant changes in how you feel - most people understand what they’ve done 24-48hours after, noticing they’re less triggers in certain situations.
  • You’ll leave feeling light, clearer, and morere grounded, with simple practices you can continue at home.

What to bring:

  • Notebook + Pen (This is important as there will be a lot of journalling prompts to follow)
  • Water bottle
  • Comfortable clothing
  • A quiet spacer and a pillow (Please ensure you will be in a space where you won’t be disturbed, we will also do a primal scream into a pillow)
  • An open mind
  • Headphones

This workshopp involves guided self awareness and energy based practices where you may revisit memories connected to emotions like fear, guilt and shame. While the intention is healing and release, there experiences can sometimes bring up strong feelings.

You are fully responsible for your own wellbeing during this workshop. I am not a licensed mental health professional, and this event is not suitable for;

  • Anyone currently diagnosed with a mental health disorder
  • Anyone under psychiatric care
  • Or anyone unable to safely revisit past memories without clinical support.
