🍁 This is our chance to enjoy the peak autumn colors in Central Park!
🍂 This weekend we're heading to the Upper West Side to join the NYC Urban Park Rangers on a FREE hike around the North Woods 🍂
☕️ Before joining the tour: We'll meet at a nearby Birch coffee shop for about 30 minutes That'll give everyone a chance to meet one another and grab a beverage or snack.

About the North Woods
🌳 The Central Park Conservancy describes this area as "an idyllic landscape designed to bring a taste of the Adirondacks to Central Park."
It's an ideal place for wandering and exploring—and escaping the hustle and bustle of the City. It’s also a popular spot for birdwatching and nature observation.

What to expect:
- Guided walk exploring the ravines, waterfalls, and changing autumn leaves of the North Woods in Central Park.
- Learn about the science and nature behind the seasonal color change.
- Walk is scheduled for 1:00 - 2:30.
- Route: The exact trail depends on the rangers, but will wind through stunning woodlands and end up near where we started. (Highlights of this area include the Loch, the Pool, the Ravine, and Huddlestone Arch.)
- FREE – No ticketing or registration required.
- Comfortable walking shoes recommended.
- Note: This is a public (not private) walking tour
