Each day of the Challenge Week, you'll receive a powerful journaling prompt in a link by email to guide your reflection on success, well-being, and personal reinvention.
While others will be participating during the same time frame, this is a private, self-paced experience — there are no group meetings or live sessions. You'll journal on your own in a Google Doc shared with me, have the opportunity to select 250 words in three separate submissions (the last due on the 7th day), and receive personalized feedback from me on each doc within 48 hours.
This is part of a shared journey — a community of high performers (and those becoming one) who are choosing to grow with intention. Together, yet individually, we explore what it means to define success on our own terms.
After the 7 day Challenge, you can opt into an online group coaching class.(Ask for more information.) You can also continue working on personal growth individually with weekly prompts with feedback (fee) or without feedback (free). Payment is by bank transfer, and an IBAN will be sent by email.

I am certified for Life Coaching in Goal Setting, Confidence, Life Story, Self-Care and Health/Fitness. I've also taught career preparation for 9 years. Finally, I am my own niche.
