The group is ideal for people who want to invest and own a portfolio of investment properties in order to generate passive income and escape the "rat race". The whole purpose of this group is to educate, inspire and motivate people to build their assets through real estate. Famed comedian Steve Harvey says, "to be successful, you have to surround yourself with like minded people". This is the whole premise behind this group.
