Is failing to plan a plan to fail?

Well... I don't think entirely so. I believe some business owners can get by without a plan.

But consider this... All businesses that are scalable with a consistent history of growth have a plan. They follow it. They check the progress on their goals throughout the year. And they make adjustment when and where needed.

What I have found is that many small businesses - where the business is primarily just the owner - do not have a plan because they feel it's intimidating, or too complicated, or maybe they just don't know where to start.

What I have found is a plan can be very simple - 2 or 3 pages max.

In November and December, our learn lunch workshops will focus on developing a plan for 2024 to meet your goals.
