During the workshop I’ll cover:
• The 4 attachment styles (anxious, avoidant, secure, fearful-avoidant)
• Why breakups can feel overwhelming or all-consuming
• Why you may still feel attached even when the relationship wasn’t healthy
• How your nervous system responds to separation
• What moving toward secure attachment looks like

After the presentation, we’ll open the space for 20 minutes of Q&A so you can ask questions and connect the material to your own experience.
