When: Every Saturday — arrive by 4:20 PM, roll-out 5:00 PM sharp

Distance/Pace: 4.2 km at ~7–8 min/km (or faster)

Spend your Saturday afternoon with a lifted community run and a cold-plunge finish. We gather at 4:20 PM for a light pre-run vibe, head out together at 5:00 PM for a friendly 4.2K, and return to Eden for an ice bath, hot drink, and easy hangs in the garden.

What’s included (for registered runners):
- Light “pre-workout” share at 4:20 PM
- Ice bath, towel, and hot drink after the run
- Community pace leaders — no one left behind

Good to know:
- Please arrive a few minutes early so we can depart on time.
- No on-site parking; we recommend Grab/ride-in. (Easy Park ~50 m away; Samitivej Hospital is nearby.)

TGIF 420 Run — Sunset Speed & Ice Bath

When: Every Friday — arrive by 5:45 PM, roll-out 6:00 PM sharp
Where: Eden Dispensary & Café, Soi 49 (Thonglor)
Distance/Pace: 3 km at sub-6:00/km (or faster)
Cost: Free to join — registration required (DM us)

Kick off the weekend with a sunset pace push and a cold-plunge finish. We gather from 5:30–5:45 PM for a light pre-run vibe, then leave together at 6:00 PM for a fast 3K loop. After the run, reset with an ice bath, towel, and a hot drink back at Eden’s garden.

In this 90-minute guided session, you’ll explore uplifting citrus, soothing floral, and refreshing pine notes while learning how terpenes like limonene, linalool, and pinene interact with essential oils.

Each guest will:
