Our 80-minute sessions are designed to make you sharp and strong:
- Technical Boxing: Mitt work, footwork, and combos (we teach you the real sport).
- Conditioning: Strength & HIIT drills to build an athletic physique.
- Community: A motivated group of women (expats & locals) who push each other.
Who is this for?
- Athletes: If you do CrossFit, BJJ, or Run—this is your new challenge.
- Beginners: Never thrown a punch? We’ll teach you the fundamentals from day one.
