Here's what the evening looks like:

We open with a clear-eyed look at where the job market stands right now and what AI is actually changing. Then we walk through the hiring methods most companies use today and name the real problems with each of them. After that, two people from the audience take the mic to share what the candidate experience actually feels like from the inside.

From there we move into a panel with hiring companies from across Portland including tech, healthcare, government, and manufacturing. They'll talk about what they're looking for, what they can't find, and how AI has changed their process. The audience gets to ask questions too.
