Details
We will be at the calisthenics park on the north side of the lake.
Come join us on short notice to disrupt your mind trying to talk you out of it!
We will start our workout at 1:15 after introductions, and mentality skill shared after workout!
We will do our signature Super Hundreds!
It will be 4 exercises done in 10 sets of 10 reps while alternatingating 2 exercises!
A 400 rep workout with progresssions for any and all levels of fitness!
Come ring in the New Year with us in rain, snow or partly cloudy!
We will also go over a mentality skill to sharpen and develop our skill of attentional control!
