Super Hundreds Workout + Mentality Skill
Details
We will greet and meet for the first 15 minutes, then we will start our workout at 1:15.
Our workout we call “Super Hundreds” as we developed a way to exercises that improved strength, ability, mind-body integration, and confidence. Rain, wind, snow or shine

Together we will elect a minimum of 4 exercises that we will do within or around us 45 minutes. Remember that all body weight exercises we use can be adapted for any fitness level to be involved and experience progress.
Here’s an example of our workout structure:
We alternate sets between two exercises at a time for a total of 100 reps each as we do 10 reps for 10 sets while adjusting when necessary.
If we decide pushups and leg ups for our first two exercises it will look like this:
(10 leg ups -> 10 push ups) one set -> (10 leg ups -> 10 push ups) two sets… repeated 10 for 10 sets, then we switch to two other exercises and do 10 sets of each.
After our workout, we celebrate our succes, and will move into a mentality skill or Q&A for previous skills to support progress.
After 10-15 minutes of time for a mentality skill, we will do a silence meditation to experience our efforts in peace for 5-10 minutes.
After our meditation, we will share if willing and share announcements for plans and meets moving forward 🙏🏻
