Introduction to Sufi Meditation on The Heart

Please join us at Kensington in Sydney to meet with Usman, the representative of the School of Sufi Teaching​ in Australia. He can answer any questions you may have about the meditation and practices. We will also sit in silent meditation as a group, so that you may have a first-hand experience of the meditation on the heart.
Beginners are welcome.
Schedule: Saturday 26th April

• 11:30 AM: Introduction for beginners
• 12:00-12:40 PM: Silent Meditation (Muraqabah)
• 12:40-1:10 PM: Refreshments and Q&A
