Contrition, Atonement, and Hoʻoponopono

Details

I will give you the online link here. In zoom.us, the personal meeting ID is 943 172 4958.

We will start at 8pm because many of you arrived late last month and I did not know that you would be attending. Please arrive on time, i.e., no more than fifteen minutes late, if you plan to attend.

Contrition and atonement are important features in most faith traditions. How do you show contrition? How do you atone? How do you deal with regret?

From the Native Hawai'ian tradition, ho'oponopono may prove helpful. Let's talk about it.
