I want to be unremarkable. Can you relate?

Our next meeting is on Wednesday, July 29, 2006 from 7:30pm to 9:30pm. I am cancelling the August meeting and we will resume the last Wednesday of September at 7:30pm.
My new favorite adjective is unremarkable, especially with regard to my health. I would love to have a doctor's visit where everything is unremarkable. It's not where your health is excellent, just that there's nothing worth talking about.
Can you relate to that sentiment?
Would you like to enjoy an unremarkable day sometime in the near future? Whether you are a Sufi, a mystic, religious and/or spiritual, living an unremarkable day implies letting go of ego. However, if it's truly unremarkable, it's not terribly fun, either, so you would not be, say, on vacation. You would also not be making the world a better place, one day at a time. Would lying in bed all day, hiding under the covers, be considered unremarkable? I assert that such a day of rest would be both remarkable and wonderful!
Let's talk about striking a balance between letting go of ego while helping to make this world a better place, one day at a time. With the spiritual diversity in this group, our conversation should be fascinating.
