Seven Bites is inspired by the ancient Arabic wisdom — a genuine rhythm of nourishment rooted in respect for all spirits and deep appreciation for earth.
The number 7 symbolizes completeness and the eternal cycle of life. Seven Bites is a remembrance that eating is not merely about fullness, but about a spiritual connection — to oneself, to the Earth, and to love.

Seven Bites is created to honor our connection to nature, respecting all lives and spirits and using them wisely. Through events, I invite people, especially women, to reconnect by cooking, eating, learning, and creating together.
Using my knowledge and experiences, I explore the art of food as a bridge back to nature, showing how it can serve us sustainably while inspiring each of us to craft and express the inner art we carry.
At its core, Seven Bites support women’s relationship with food and the kitchen.
