I’ll talk about the key features and benefits of Sitecore CDP and provide an overview of Smart Hub CDP, explaining its purpose and how it enables businesses to centralize and unify customer data from multiple sources.

Topic/Title: Building user guides for content creators with an emphasis on user experience
Speakers: Gavin Hensley, .NET (CMS) Web Developer @AgencyQ
A user guide can make or break an experience with a new product. This presentation will cover the ways in which a good amount of empathy boost user experience. Instructions also need a good UX process to translate "too technical" into "usable by all".
