Feira de Empreendedorismo Migrante / Migrant Entrepreneurship Fair

MourariUP is a social solidarity and cultural cooperative born in the Mouraria neighborhood with the goal of promoting the inclusion of the local intercultural community through social impact entrepreneurship and artistic expression.

On January 25th, join us for an unforgettable afternoon of connection, culture, and celebration! This vibrant event celebrates the talent and creativity of migrant entrepreneurs from the Mouraria neighborhood who are transforming our community with their businesses and services.

Schedule:
Starting at 3:00 PM, dive into the inspiring stories of the Human Library. Note: This activity will be reserved for the first 30 people interested in discovering the stories of resilience and creativity from the migrant entrepreneurs we have been supporting. From 4:30 PM to 6:15 PM, explore the Intercultural Market with flavors, products, and creative services from various parts of the world, accompanied by a DJ set from La Salsa del Pueblo!
At 6:15 PM, we will award the migrant entrepreneurs who were finalists and winner of our Pitch Me Up competition.
From 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM, immerse yourself in the cultural integration of Brazilian and Portuguese music with the live performance of the artists Aida Rosa and Cláudio Nascimento.
