What we’re about
The Historical Kitchen is the perfect opportunity to meet other people with similar foodie interests and passions! The desire of this group is to educate about the wines and the food of European culture and to take our community and the surrounding areas on a culinary adventure. After spending the most of 57 years of his life cooking, Chef Vince Dodson finds the fire in the history of each ingredient of a menu.
We will be presenting a 5 course French or Italian dinner with champagne, and selective a red and white wines from our local sommelier at Accent on Wine. These wines will be served throughout out our Historical dinner service at two beautiful residential homes in the Cresswind community in knightsville SC. on Saturday nights only.
