Communication and Connection

The world around us gives us many opportunities to connect with other people. We put a lot of emphasis on verbal communication, however; 80% of communication is no-verbal. How often do we stop to think about this? Sunday March 12 I will host an afternoon of fun and exploration by learning and experiencing the magical world of horses. Yes, horses! Their non-verbal communication is the perfect way to observe just how subtle communication really is. Over the past fifteen years I have had the opportunity to learn about their psychology and their individuality... their personality if you will, and they have shown me how authentic they really are, this is true communication. At this event I would like to show you their personality traits, how their subtle, and sometimes not so subtle interactions mimic the human personality... and how, with this new awareness we can begin to have a deeper understanding of ourselves and the world around us.

Please note: You will have the opportunity to interact directly with either one of the horses but only if you choose and feel comfortable to do so. All participants/attendees will be required to sign a waiver and you must wear closed toe shoes (no sandals or flip flops). THIS EVENT Is INDOORS and Will Happen RAIN or SHINE :-) but you will need to reply to get the address.
