What we’re about
The Summit 4x4 Club's purpose is to provide events and outings related to exploring 4x4 run opportunities for 4x4 vehicles throughout Arizona, Utah, Colorado & California. Summit 4x4 Club provides the means for like-minded people to come together that share in the same desire and hobby of taking their 4x4 rigs to "roads less traveled". We also provide quarterly How-To-Clinics to practice safety out on the trails. Jeeps, Trucks, SUVs, you name it, bring it.
Group Rules
1. No drinking on the trail
Safety comes first to the group. We want to create a safe environment that minimizes accidents and injuries.
2. Update your registration status
Most runs have a limited group size. If you state you are going and don't show it takes away from others that would like to go. "No-shows" will be waitlisted in future runs
3. Be Kind and Courteous
We're all in this together to create a welcoming environment. Let's treat everyone with respect. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required.
4. No Hate Speech or Bullying
Make sure everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn't allowed, and degrading comments about things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender, or identity will not be tolerated.
5. No Religious or Political Posts
We are a community group with diverse views and backgrounds. We expect everyone to be considerate and tolerant of each member.
6. Respect Everyone's Privacy
Being part of this group requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make groups great, but may also be sensitive and private. What's shared in the group should stay in the group.
7. This is Not a Classified Page
Please refrain from selling items or parts on any of the Summit 4X4 Club pages unless you are one of our sponsors.

See all- Summit 4X4 Club-Go Topless DaySummit 4x4 Company Headquarters , Prescott, AZ
Join us for Go Topless and the kickoff for Trails 4 Tatas. The day will start with a pancake breakfast prepared by our club sponsors. Then we will be doing a poker trail run in the local area and returning to Summit Headquarters for a taco bar lunch. After lunch we will draw the 50/50 raffle ticket, poker hand winner and also have a small live auction of gift cards. The $25 event tickets can be purchased on trails4tatas.com, the tickets include breakfast and lunch. Please purchase these ahead of time, so we know how much food we need to buy. If there are tickets left over, they can be purchased the day of. $10 Poker hands can also be purchased ahead of time at Trails4Tatas.com. They will also be available the morning of the event.
There will be 2 separate groups, both doing the same run, just leaving at different times so we don’t have so many vehicles at one place on the trail.
During breakfast and lunch we will be selling 50/50 raffle tickets (1 ticket for $5 or 5 for $20, cash preferred) and Trails 4 Tatas merchandise. We will be debuting some new T4T merch!
Vehicle requirements: Suitable for most 4x4s with a low range transfer case. 31-inch tires minimum, full size spare tire, skid plates over critical components, and recovery points front and rear. Fire extinguisher and some recovery gear required.
Waiver requirement: Waivers are mandatory to participate in the trail run. If you have not already filled out a 2025 waiver, please click on the link below, download to your computer. Complete and return the form to clubs@summit4x4company.com no later than May 1st even if you are on the waitlist. The waiver is good for the rest of the year.

Trail Description-Steep ascents and descents on loose cinder roads, views of the cinder cones and sunset crater off in the distance.
Trail Time: 6+ hours
Vehicle Requirements: Minimum tire size of 33”, skids, full-size spare, front and rear recovery points, fire extinguisher, some recovery gear, and be comfortable getting dirty if needed.
Make sure you bring: Lunch and snacks, plenty of water, a full tank of fuel, personal items/medical (Plan on being out longer than expected), and good pair of shoes for loose surfaces

- Walmart/Children's Hospital Fundraiser, 4x4 show and Trail RunWalmart Supercenter, Prescott, AZ
Trail rating: Easy
Description: 2nd Annual 4x4 Show supporting Walmart in raising money for the Phoenix Children’s Hospital. Bring your vehicle and enter it in the 4x4 show for $10. The show will run from 8 am to about 9:30. During that time, there will be a food truck there with breakfast burritos, a 50/50 raffle and a silent auction. 9:30 - 10 am, winners will be announced for the show, 50/50 raffle and silent auction items. About 10 am, we will leave and head down Iron Springs Road to Skull Valley and then come up the backside of the mountain to Copper Basin. The run will end downtown with a stop at Shanna’s Sugar Shack (Shanna will be donating 10% of her sales to Trails 4 Tatas for the month of June). Depending on the number of vehicles participating in the run, we may have to break it up into 2 groups, with one group leaving about 20 minutes after the other.
It will be a fun filled day supporting two great causes, Phoenix Children’s Hospital and Trails 4 Tatas!
Updates will be sent out if needed for additional information.
