Loyalsock and Link Trail (1 night)

This is a 2 day 1 night backpacking trip in/near World's End State Park (North-East PA). It will be a relatively easy hike to a lakeside campground, where we can swim, hang out around a campfire, and generally have a good time.
This is a 16.5 mile loop with elevation changes of under 1000 feet. We will plan to go 9 miles on the first day to reach the lake, leaving us with only 7 miles the second day.
This is a perfect introductory hike for those new to the group, or those new to backpacking. That being said, it should be a lot of fun for backpackers of any experience level.
The starting point is just under 3 hours drive from Philadelphia. We will plan to carpool to the greatest possible degree, we will set up a group chat once people register.
