Kriya II Meditation Retreat: Deepening Your Practice

Advance to the next level of Kriya as you deepen your meditation practice using Kriya II.

This heart-opening and enriching weekend includes breath, movement, study, and meditation. Enjoy opportunities to ask questions and discuss experiences at interactive group sessions, including optional one-on-ones with seasoned practitioners. Nourishing vegetarian meals are provided.
