We are located on the third floor of the white, Station House Building. Take the gold elevator on the outside of the building to the third floor. Parking is available at the metered spaces out front or paid parking is available at parking garages.

This course assumes no previous knowledge of any programming language.


The first half of the course will be a short lecture on the basics of algorithms and their application to computer algorithms followed by a review of several algorithms for sorting data. We will wrap up by discussing how to measure the efficiency of algorithms and discuss some notoriously difficult problems in computer programming.
