Dunedin Causeway

NOTE: This is a "car trunk" event, you may want to bring a chair.

Less than a mile from the Gulf, Caladesi and Honeymoon Island, the Dunedin Causeway is ideally located between two small bays, to the North and the South and the Gulf to the West.

Wide open spaces, with many small islands waiting to be explored. Popular with kayakers, paddle boards, sail and power boats of all sizes, great photo subjects.

With a little bit of luck and eagle eyes, you may spot dolphins, manatees, turtles and even a shark or two. This is a very popular location with drone pilots, it is a great place to hold a flying event. The views are spectacular and you will be glad you made the trip.

IMPORTANT: If you decide to attend, please, make sure to RSVP. Only those who RSVP, will be notified of any changes or cancellations. Guests are always welcome but please, do not add them to the count, unless they will also be flying a drone. We need a head count of pilots only.
