CAMPING: We have the A, B and C group campsites reserved from Friday afternoon through Sunday. The group sites are directly across SR 72 from the South Park Entrance. Camping is free, there are bathrooms, water, but no electric. No RV's or trailers. Tents or car camping only.

CHECK-IN: We ask that everyone check in at the South Entrance Ranger Station. Let them know you are here for the Florida Trail Association Event. The ranger will give you a weekend parking pass.

PARKING: Cars can be parked at the group camp. If you are not car camping, we ask that you park your car for the weekend at the lot just to the right of the ranger station. You can unload at the group site and then bring your car over to the lot. It is a very short walk back.

ACTIVITIES: We will have 2 hikes on Saturday morning. A 5-6 mile hike and a 8-9 mile hike. Both hikes will start at Fox Low Road. We will need to carpool from the group camp to trailhead and will need some volunteers. If you are coming just for the day, you can drive down on your own, or meet us in the group camp to carpool to trailhead. We will also have 1 or 2 sunset/night hikes. One will involve the tree canopy walk. The other will likely be over to Deep Hole (where all the gators congregate). Campfires will be Friday and Saturday night at the group camp.

CHAPTER MEETING/POTLUCK LUNCH: We will have a chapter cookout and potluck lunch, and our Chapter meeting on Saturday at 12:30 at the South Pavilion. South Pavilion is by the river to the right of the ranger station.

SUNDAY BREAKFAST: Sunday at 8:30AM at the group camp.
