New trail build Upper Hillsborough
Details
We have flagged the new trail and now its time to saw, mow, lop, and blaze. We will meet at the trail head and walk about 1.25 miles to the start of the new trail. Certified sawyers will clear the way for the mowers which will be followed by the loppers and a blazer.
All volunteers must wear long pants, gloves, some type of eye protection. Long sleeves are recommended. Bring a small backpack for your water, snack, bug spray, sun protection and anything else you think you will need. If painting, you may get some yellow paint on you.
We will have work of all abilities and levels of skills.
There are no bathroom or water available at the trailhead.
The trailhead is east of the railroad crossing. The street number does not lineup with google.
