Launch Point...the main non paved launch is on the right side of Pinellas Bayway S, just after passing Tierra Verde and before the bridge to Ft Desoto. I will have signs out

Launch time: we will meet at 9:30, paddles in the water promptly at 10!!

Best route: head west to the island staying inside to avoid heavy boat traffic.

Fees: $1.00 to get to launch site, cash,coin,sunpass

Conditions; Ideal for beginners with 2 foot depths in the water

We will be bringing our lunch with us to enjoy on the island. There may be meal ideas for lunch ,, will see.

FRIDAY NIGHT POTLUCK WITH EVERYONE,, we will decide when the time get closer what we want to do for dinner.. Let's be creative and think up some interesting ideas for our Friday night feast.

Bring your camp chair!

For all nights, we will have some kind of campfire and munchies!

Many of us will be camping at Ft Desoto. If you plan to camp you need to make your reservation while you are reading this as it is a popular campground and fills up fast especially this time of year.
