Let's Do a Meanderabout🐊Morris Bridge Wilderness Park🦌

This will be about 8 miles. Route TBD but I'm thinking the Buteo Trail, Bald Cypress, Overlook, Heartbreak Ridge to the power lines and backtrack.
0ur return involves going off trail through the river floodplain.
There is no trail on the floodplain section and it may have dense and/or tall vegetation. Many find this to be a serene, somewhat unique & surreal experience. Others are a bit uncomfortable due to the rugged conditions.
Bring water, sturdy hiking footwear, trekking poles, ground cloth for sitting during break. whatever personal items you need. Long pants recommended
$2.00 day use fee.
