🌴Washburn Tract 🐍Lower Hillsborough 🐗Off the Beaten Path🐊

Join us for a beautiful trek in tropical lush old growth forest.🌴🌳
This will be a 7 -9 mile hike. We'll park at the ranger station. Then hike OUT of the park, go about 100 ft north along Morris Bridge cross over and climb over a non descript gate into to the Washburn Tract. Actual route TBD as we go along.
This is a SWFWMD conservation tract and is maintained to a different standard than the county parks.
There will be uneven trail tread, minimal signage, trail blazing, unmarked turns, You must be an experienced hiker and comfortable in a minimally maintained wilderness environment. You are expected to be in good physical condition, properly prepared and outfitted for such an outing. If unsure, please ask.
