Join us for an afternoon of philosophical discussion in South Lido Key's Ted Sperling (beachfront) Park! Have you ever wondered about life's larger questions and the nature of existence? Do The Matrix Trilogy movies provide prescient insight into how we perceive reality? Space, time, and matter and mind are all open topics of inquiry in this introductory discussion as we will probe many different concepts, so bring all your philosophical questions, and hopefully we will bend reality to belay some of your indiscretions!

This is a great chance to connect and meet new friends in their 20s & 30s, enjoy one of the region's preeminent beaches, and learn, share and listen about all things philosophy! Whether you're a seasoned philosopher or just looking for a relaxing way to spend a Saturday afternoon with some friends, this no pressure, no stress event will hopefully increase your situational awareness and understanding of reality!

This event is intended to create a controlled safe space for passive and active open dialogue, debate and discussion. If you are looking for a structured philosophical lecture on a specific book or topic, I highly recommend signing up and attending Adam Voight's Plato's Republicans group. Adam's wealth of knowledge is unparalleled, and I have personally gained a tremendous amount of insight and understanding from his presentations. <3

• This event is scheduled to take place outside and Florida is known for afternoon rain showers. If there is rain in the forecast, this event will proceed as planned, but we will move the location inside to a nearby coffeeshop or other 3rd place. I will post an update here if this happens.
