Join us for a scenic nature walk through one of Florida's most diverse ecosystems! This is a great chance to meet new friends in their 20s & 30s, enjoy peaceful trails, and connect with the wild beauty of the Sunshine State.
Whether you're an experienced hiker or just looking for a relaxing way to spend your Sunday, this outing has something for everyone — from birdwatching and wildlife sightings to a freshwater swim in Lake Osprey! 🦅🦎🐢🦋

## About the Hike:

🥾 Trail Length: ~2 miles
🌲 Terrain: Pine flatwoods, scrubby flatlands, wetlands
🌊 Highlights: South Creek, Lake Osprey (Sarasota County’s only freshwater swimming lake)
🦜 Wildlife: Possible sightings of Florida scrub-jays, gopher tortoises, alligators, indigo snakes, osprey, and more

## What to Bring:

• Sunglasses & hat
  *Light clothes & hiking shoes
• Bug spray & sunscreen
  *Binoculars
• Change of clothes & towel (if you plan to swim)
