Kevin will take us behind the scenes of one of the world's most demanding professions: air traffic control. He'll explain what air traffic controllers do, the unique skills the job requires, and the intense mental and physical demands that come with safely guiding thousands of lives through the skies every day.

Kevin will also discuss the growing mental health challenges facing the profession and why many controllers are reaching a breaking point. Joining him are his wife, Keri, and their son, Jackson, who will share what life was like for their family during Kevin's career and how the pressures of the job extended far beyond the control tower.
