The World of Bees

Details
“Aerodynamically, the bumble bee shouldn't be able to fly, but the bumble bee doesn't know it so it goes on flying anyway.” ― Mary Kay Ash
“Bees protect each other before themselves. Empathy saves countries. It saves communities. . . . Care about others before you care about yourself.” — Lea Volpe
Join Sunday Assembly Nashville on August 10 at East Park Community Center as we delve into the world of bees, the industrious and communal creatures of which Emily Dickinson wrote “To make a prairie it takes a clover and one bee, One clover, and a bee. And revery.”
Our all ages program begins at 10:30 a.m. Off street parking is plentiful and free. We enjoy a potluck dinner after Assembly. Sunday Assembly is a celebration of the one life we know we have. We want Sunday Assembly to be a place of love and compassion where, no matter what your situation, you are welcomed, accepted, loved, and encouraged to live your best life.
