In April — a month full of hope that often hosts the holiday of Easter — it's pretty easy for us who dwell in secular communities to overlook that we too have a shared faith of our own that's worthy of recognition and celebration. Whether it's how we take notice of our trust in science, in math, in art, in free expression, or in each other, and even in those we'll never meet, faith is not exclusive to those who are members in traditional religious communities and practice. In this assembly, we'll explore how we in secular communities arrive at our own faith despite being at times described as lacking the f-word.
