What Does It Mean to Belong?

What does it take for someone to feel a sense of belonging? Our speaker this month is Tom Stagg, who will speak about a new organization he's spearheading, The Belonging Collaborative, which seeks to foster dignity and belonging for unhoused people by providing essential services. As always, we'll also have small group activities, singing (pop/folk songs) with others, and we'll ponder what it means to belong. Sunday Assembly Santa Cruz is part of a global network of secular (non-religious) gatherings that create community and celebrate this one life we know we have.

The event is free and open to all. You belong at Sunday Assembly!
Come at 10:30 for coffee and mingling. Program begins promptly at 11. Afterward we'll connect with others at a potluck lunch. If you can, please bring a dish to share (along with any serving utensils needed).
