ABOUT GUILD

Guys Undergoing Improvement, Learning, and Development is a Sunday Assembly Atlanta co-learning lab focused on men's wellness. We host a GUILD Lab monthly, usually on the second Saturday of the month over Zoom.

Our GUILD LAB is a facilitated discussion addressing topics that our group shows interest in, and may include any kind of issue, including:

  • physical and mental health
  • finances
  • relationships
  • loneliness
  • grief
  • happiness
  • self-worth
  • career
  • intimacy
  • communication
  • family
  • mindfulness
  • emotional regulation
  • etc.

We are not qualified to give professional advice, and that's not the purpose of our group. As a co-learning lab, we're here to listen to each other's experiences, make observations, and use evidence at hand to make personal decisions and report back on the results so we can learn together.

HOW TO PREPARE

When you join the Zoom, we'll do some intros and then talk about what each of us would like to improve in our lives. To figure out what you would like to improve in your life, we highly recommend doing a self-assessment before we meet. You can use the wellness self assessment OR the reflection tool found here: GUILD Forms

By the end of the meeting the plan is for everyone to have an Action Plan completed (also in the link above).

We also meet on the fourth Saturday of the month just for fun. We decide where to meet up over our Signal chat.

I hope you join us!
