Description:
This is a mixed group event hosted by:
-East Atlanta & Beyond: 20s & 30s
-20s & 30s Pickleball
You are not required to be in the 20s to 30s age range to attend this event. All ages welcome! ๐
Whether you are experienced or have never played pickleball before, you are welcome to come! Honestly, I just enjoy the socializing and exercise, so I am totally fine playing with beginners, seriously ๐ Also, I'm not a pro myself so don't feel intimidated lol. I'm a pretty chill and welcoming guy. ๐
Please bring your own paddle. I will bring balls.
If you want to learn more about pickleball, here's a great, quick video to watch. However, if you're new and just want to hit around for practice/fun, that's fine too!

Parking/Accessibility:
The easiest way to get here is to just navigate to the Decatur Public Library. When you get to the front of the library, you want to turn onto Cheryl Burnette Bikeway. It's a road that runs along the side of the library and has curb lanes painted solid red for fire trucks. Go down that road to the very end and you will see the lower-level parking deck and the tennis/pickleball courts. Park in lower-level parking deck which is free. There are no water fountains, so I recommend bringing water, electrolytes, snack, etc. Closest restrooms are inside the Decatur Public Library.
