The purpose of this meditation group is to support each other in developing (and continuing!) our own mindfulness meditation practices and, in a more general sense, to actively build community, one of the core features of Sunday Assembly.
We begin our session by inviting whoever would like to share how they are doing and what they are bringing into meditation. We then each practice 30 minutes of mindfulness meditation, followed by an opportunity for each person to share what they are bringing out of the experience.
