About us

Bachata Pilates (for all genders) is a two-hour movement experience designed to strengthen your body and elevate your dance.

We begin with one hour of Pilates training, building strength, mobility, balance, and core control. This session improves posture, stability, and body awareness — creating a stronger foundation for confident, fluid movement.

The second hour transitions into a bachata social, where you can move freely and enjoy dancing with a stronger, more aligned body. It’s a space to express yourself and experience the difference in how you move.

Beyond the physical practice, this event is also social. It’s an opportunity to meet like-minded people, build genuine connections, and form new friendships in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
