Maggie and Moes Coffee at 5001 Poplar St. Terre Haute, IN 47803 on Sunday, August 31, 2025 at 11:30 am.
The host will be at Maggie's by 11:25 am to begin greeting everyone.
We will meet up at the back patio. Maggie's has a convenient order window for the patio as dogs are not allowed inside.
We will spread out a bit so the dogs can do a comfortable meet and greet making sure they are comfortable with each other.
Cost: None, except what you purchase at Maggie and Moes.
RSVP Required
If there are no RSVP's by the RSVP deadline, the event will be canceled.
NOTE:
This event welcomes dogs with various temperaments, including mild dog reactivity, for you as an owner to work on advocating for your dog's space and boundaries, while helping them build confidence around other dogs.
You can attend if you have a mildly reactive dog, if you have already done some level of reactivity and neutrality training with them, so you have the tools and techniques to practice on your dog.
WARNINGS and DISCLAIMERS
- Dogs must be on-leash (6 foot or less) at all times. Please abide by any rules set by establishment.
- All owners are solely responsible for their own dogs and must have full control of them. This includes, but not limited to controlling and preventing any adverse behaviors such as lunging, attacking, or biting other people or dogs.
- If your dog is untrained and is highly reactive to other people or other dogs, do NOT attend this event.
LIMIT of 4 people plus their dogs. Please note, the host is not a dog trainer and if you have a HIGHLY reactive dog to either people or other dogs please do NOT attend this event.
