Saturday Morning Meditation & Tea ☀️
This is a casual, no-pressure group for anyone who wants to sit and meditate alongside others for about 30 minutes on Saturday mornings.
We’ll meet at 8:30 AM, settle in for our own individual meditations (no guided session—just a shared quiet space), and then optionally head out for coffee or tea afterwards to chat and start the day mindfully.
Whether you’re new to meditation or have an established practice, you’re welcome to join. Bring your cushion, mat, or just yourself — and enjoy a peaceful start to the weekend with friendly faces.
