We are currently offering this session IN-PERSON at OM3 Yoga and ONLINE.

iRest® is a form of yoga nidra, a guided meditation designed to promote deep relaxation and rest, that was designed by Richard Miller, PhD, a clinical psychologist, author and yogic scholar. As a participant, all that is required is finding a comfortable position in a chair or on a mat on the floor. Benefits include: Decreased stress, anxiety, fear & depression, help with insomnia & sleep disturbances, improved interpersonal relationships, increased energy level and confidence.

Danielle has been practicing yoga for over fifteen years, and credits her practice with helping get through a failed marriage and restaurant. Eager to learn more about yoga and share it with others, Danielle became a teacher with hopes of giving others tools to help heal depression, anxiety, and trauma in a natural way.
