Sunday Morning Project Study Group
We meet on Sunday mornings for focused project study sessions.
– 8:00–8:40 AM: Everyone shares what they plan to work on that day.
– 8:40–10:20 AM: Individual study or project work.
– 10:20–11:00 AM: Group feedback session—participants exchange feedback on what they worked on.
Location: Café near Harajuku Station
Group Info
– This group is intended for professionals with at least one year of experience. We expect participants ranging from junior to expert levels. The goal is mutual support and learning through feedback.
– Even junior participants can inspire experts with fresh ideas.
– If desired, you can collaborate with other members on personal or shared projects.
– Outside of collaboration, we have 80 minutes of flexible discussion time where professionals from various backgrounds offer feedback.
– Topics include Product Management, UX/UI Design, Web Applications, Mobile Applications, and AI-related processes.
About the group organizer
– Currently working across multiple roles in a company: project management, workflow automation, business strategy, technical troubleshooting, and network operations. Previously focused on full-stack and infrastructure development for downstream development.
– Researching an AI agent (Devin) capable of automating development on a hardware, aiming to solve engineering resource shortages.
– Studying UX/UI: creating personas, journey maps, use cases, and designing actual interfaces.
– Exploring Product Management: identifying user pain points and designing UX flows that solve them.
– Recently started studying deep learning from mathematical foundations, aiming to build new AI models beyond pre-trained libraries.

日曜朝のプロジェクト勉強会
日曜の朝に集まり、それぞれのプロジェクトに集中する時間を持ちます。
– 8:00〜8:40：各自がその日取り組みたい内容を紹介します。もし一緒に作業したい相手がいればマッチングを行います。
– 8:40〜10:20：各自で作業・勉強
– 10:20〜11:00：お互いの作業内容についてフィードバックを交換します。
場所：原宿駅付近のカフェ
– 実務経験1年以上の方を対象としています。初級者から上級者まで様々なレベルの参加者がいることを想定しています。
– 目的は、異なるレベルの参加者同士がフィードバックを通じて助け合い、学び合うことです。
– 初級者でも独自のアイデアで上級者に刺激を与える可能性がある点が魅力です。
– 希望があれば、他のメンバーと共同でプロジェクトを進めることも可能です。
– 協業時間以外にも、異なる分野のプロフェッショナルとの自由な議論（80分）があり、フィードバックの機会となります。
– 対象分野は、プロダクトマネジメント、UX/UIデザイン、Webアプリ、モバイルアプリ、AI関連プロセスなどです。
主催者について
– 現在、会社でプロジェクトマネージャー、業務自動化、ビジネス戦略設計、技術トラブル対応、ネットワーク管理など幅広い役割を担当しています。以前はフルスタック開発やインフラ開発など下流工程が中心でした。
– Devinというハードウェア上で開発を完全自動化するAIエージェントを研究中。エンジニア不足の問題解決を目指しています。
– UX/UIを学習中：ペルソナ設計、カスタマージャーニーマップ、ユースケースの整理、実際のUIデザインなど。
– プロダクトマネジメントを学習中：ユーザーのペインポイント仮説を立て、それに基づいてUX/UI設計を行っています。
– 最近ディープラーニングの学習を開始。数学から勉強しており、既存のライブラリを使うだけでなく、新しいAIモデルの構築を目指しています。
