Relaxed Afternoon Walk in the Peak District

Details
Following on from our more strenuous walk up Jacob's Ladder and Kinder Scout in July, we said we'd arrange an easier relaxed walk too to include nature lovers of all levels of fitness!
We're walking from Chapel-en-le-Frith in the High Peak up to the beautiful viewpoint of Eccles Pike, then down to Whaley Bridge where we'll have a meal and/or drink together. It's a lovely walk with views of the hills and Combs Resevoir. There are several walks up Eccles Pike - for this afternoon we're talking the easiest. There will be a little uphill walking on a country lane, but no proper hiking!
Meet at 10.30pm at Manchester Piccadilly to get the 10.47 train to Chapel-en-le-Frith. A return ticket costs £13.30. Some much cheaper advance tickets may be available, but note if the weather is really bad we would likely cancel the walk.
We will travel back to Chapel from Whaley Bridge by bus too, so you'll need money for a single ticket (cards accepted). We aim to get the 5.06 train back to Manchester getting in shortly before 6pm.
